We are so excited to announce our new class offering at Sunny's Hair Institute.  Derek J celebrity stylist from Real Housewives of Atlanta, Good Hair and host of Oxygen Hair Battle Spectacular will be teaching a new line of courses at Sunny's Hair Extension Institute.

Hair Fundmentals in a new approach to education by revisiting the basics Derek J will transform your career into a high end celebrity stylist with a marketable brand impact.  The course will touch on the following subjects:

• Heat Training 101:  Working with Flat Irons, Curling Wands and Blowdryers to create consistent healthy results 
• Product 101:  Learning how to custom prescribe hair regimen's for your clients with the leading 
• Cutting 101:  Learning how to stop relying on styling to overcompensate for a mediocre cut.  Learn how to create precise cuts and effortless layers
• Hair Extensions 101:  Learn once and for all the basic foundations of creating flawless flat weaves each and every time. Learn how to select the best hair for your client and elevate yourself to a celebrity stylist with amazing extensions

The first class is held Monday October 17 from 10-3 pm.  Class is for licensed cosmetologists, cosmetology students, hair apprentices.  The class cost is $300.

We are so excited to add a new class to our  Curriculum!

Our Malaysian Hair Extension class will teach a method that involves no glue, no braids & no heat.  Malaysian Hair Extensions allow a seamless almost undetectable application of hair extensions using silicone lined microlinks.

Hairstylist typically charge $250-500 for  Malaysian Hair Extension services.  The method last anywhere from 8-10 weeks.

The class is for licensed stylist or cosmetology students only. The class is $250.00

KERATIP  and  Micro Keratip Class

Learn the most popular method of Strand by Strand Extensions. A keratin polymer bond attaches directly to the hair shaft to create flawless integration .  In the Keratin Hair Extension class you will learn consultation, application, maintenance, removal and styling techniques. You will receive Kera Fusing Tool, D Bond Remover Gel, Color Ring and practice hair. This method is taught with Sapphire Collection Pre-Tipped Hair.

COLD and HOT FUSION
No heat, no glue...this class explores hair extension methods for the most healthy method of hair extension application. The beads are the secret sauce and we teach you how to transform any clients hair into a flowing mane of healthy hair. In the Cold & Hot Fusion Hair Extension Class you will receive a Hair Extension Master Kit that includes all the tools for removal and application and a color ring retail value of $550*
$850 includes Master Kit retail value $550.

Seamless Skin Weft 
A simple and efficient new method of hair extensions that allows stylist to transform a client's hair in less than two hours with hand tied skin weft seamless hair extensions.  This method popularized by Lauren Conrad of The Hills allows clients to have seamless low maintenance extensions that are perfect for fine and thinning hair.  This class does not include any materials.  Students will be required to bring their own mannequin or a secure a model.

Clip In Hair Extensions
This class teaches stylist the ultimate in hair extensions.  Clip In Hair extensions are an essential to any stylist on a film, television or editorial set.  This class teaches fundamentals of working with clip in extensions, styling options and a basic tutorial in how to position yourself as a custom clip in hair extension specialist. This class does not include any materials or mannequins.

Micro Silica Cold Fusion
Our new class focuses in on the most in demand method of hair extensions!  This class shows how to transform your clients hair with individual strand by strand extensions that use no glue, heat or wefts.  This method allows free flowing hair extensions that allow your client's to grow their hair with maximum versatility.  This class offers two pricing options.  $550 with Professional Kit & $400 with Economy Kit.

The non-refundable deposit is $300 for Keratip & Cold & Hot Fusion Class and the balance is due the day of the class. If you can not attend your first choice class, your deposit is held and credited towards the next class. Class size is limited to 6 people. Classes are limited to licensed stylist or cosmetology students.

Interested In Classes at your own Salon... Mobile Hair Extension Classes

Sunny's Hair Institute offers Salon's who are interested in learning hair extension classes in the comfort of their own salon the chance to have Sunny's Hair Institute come to you.

Details:

• Four or more Licensed Cosmetologist or Cosmetology students must register either by phone or online
• We will hold classes at your salon in a four hour time block that works for your salon hours on Thursday, Friday or Sunday (when it doesn't conflict with an existing class)
• All participants must be licensed Cosmetologists, Salon owners, or cosmetology students
